I just had my breast reduction on Jan 5th. I know it's really really early but I'm very concerned about the shape of my breast. They look very lop sided and square!!! I was very large (around EE) pre op and I love the size of my breast now (post op) but I am wondering if/when they will start to round out and even up. Non related (I think) ---I also still have my drains bc they are still producing 20-25 cc's of fluid 2x daily. My PS said he'll remove them once it's around 30 cc's or less daily! Ugh. Hopefully on my 2week follow up.

Your breasts are extremely ptotic but not that
large.Insurance will not cover your
reduction and you need a lift more than reduction.I recommend a new technique called The
Horndeski Method™.The breast tissue is
reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall...
Eventually all the dead material needs to be removed from the one before closure will ensue. Sometimes this is hasten by an operation. Even without surgery however the body will eventually removed the dead material in close the wound. Whether or not operate is a judgment call. I doubt...
Is the junction of the vertical and horizontal incisions. What you have is common and it will heal with good wound care. Continue to follow the instructions of your surgeon and this will be a distant memory.
