Given your preoperative size I am not surprised that you look like this on day 10. Your breast will continue to change in shape over the next year so unfortunately you need to be patient. They may just "fall" into place. Until then, enjoy your new more comfortable size!

Thank you for your picture.  I see and understand your concern.  In my opinion you shape will improve a bit once the swelling is gone but I think your shape will still be less than desirable.  Reevaluate in 3 months.

 Because of swelling and the resulting asymmetric distribution of  restrictive forces many breast have a boxy look. Overtime they will round out. This may take a number of months.

MAYBE over the next few months things will settle out? But you still may need revision surgery to correct....

A flat bottom is very common after breast reduction.  It can take as long as 2-3 months to see the final rounding-out that will occur over time.  Be patient, use moisturizers and scar tapes, and expect significant improvement.
