The incisions seem to be healing well.  The scabs will come off with time after showering.  Keeping them clean and dry in my opinion is better although some mild moisturizer does help to soften the scabs and have them come off.

 In my own practice the average weight loss after reduction is an additional 14 pounds.  removal of the excess weight on the chest allowed the patients to get more active.
