It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

I always recommend your second transplant to be done at the 12 month mark. Be patient and you will have your hair. 

You had a very large procedure and a very nice outcome for 10 months.  I hope that you are happy with the work you received. Full effects of hair transplant take 12-14 months so if you should decide you want to proceed with more work, I would wait. You will need to make sure that there is sufficient donor hair in order to do more as well.

Thank you for the post. Since you are at 10 months post, you still have further density still to come in, up to 14months post procedure. At this point you should be roughly at around 80 to 85% in density. Once you pass your 12 month mark, you definitely can have a 2nd procedure if you like as long as your donor region can support it. At 10 months you are at about 85% growth. If you are looking for more density you can consider a 2nd session after the 12 month mark.
