Would Invisalign work for these rotated canines? If not, what other alternatives are there to braces, if any? (Photo)

Great question. Invisalign will fix rotated canines but it is a difficult movement for Invisalign (rotating round teeth). You would have to have "engagers" (composite "buttons" bonded to the teeth) placed on the canines in order to accomplish the rotations but it should work with diligent wear of the aligners.A good alternative might be "Fast Braces" or "Six Month Smiles". It's difficult to make an evaluation and give you advice from your photo, but I will try.  I can only see one side, and what I see is rotated canine with space between canine and lateral incisor.  Invisalign most likely could correct this problem, but if you do not have misalignment with other teeth in your mouth, this would be fairly expensive, in the $4k to $6k range.  A more  affordable and quicker alternative could be cosmetic bonding.  There is  a new system called EasySmile Veneers(soon to be rebranded as ProVeneers).  If your teeth were good candidates for this treatment, the cost would be approximately $1,000 and it would only require 1 visit of less than 1 hour.  Sounds too good to be true, but the procedure has been used on hundreds of patients  with great results and very happy patients.   Most dentists are not aware or offering this treatment yet.
