If I previously had Invisalign but closed my case, could I still get revisions? I know it was additional money

It is very frustrating to put in your time and money into perfecting your smile and oral health to see it begin to revert back and relapse.  I suggest calling your Dentist where you had the treatment done and explain your situation.  Since it has only been a year since you completed your aligners, your case is very likely still available to reopen and for new digital scans or conventional molds to be submitted and new aligners to be manufactured.   Your dentist may charge a small fee for his or her time or they may not. Call the office and see what their policy is.Careful with those plastic aligners and retainers! Lesson learned.Good luck!  

Depends how long it has been, they should be able to reopen
your case to get the teeth back to their original place. You might also be able
to reorder some of the last trays from your prior treatment.
