Invisalign order number...my dentist skipped the first two. Can this error damage my teeth in the future?

I went to my first fitting to get my first Invisalign; five days later I notice they inserted fitting number 3. They skipped the first two by mistake and place the 3rd fittin instead of the first. My theeth hurt a lot the first 4 days. Can this error damage my theeth in the future?

Once the aligners are made the dentist would have to pay the laboratory fee to the company, so you would have to cover at least that no matter if you wore the aligner or not.
