You should do the facial expressions as many times as you can in the first hour after your injections, you should not lay down or do any strenuous exercise for at least 4-6 hours after treatment. This will prevent the Botox from moving to unwanted places. You also do not want to massage the areas that were injected for at least 4-6 hours, for instance when applying make-up dab the areas do not rub them.

There is no evidence that Botox causes any kind of bone loss, Botox is only injected in muscles to help them relax, therefore it will help with the bruxism. Just be sure your provider is experienced in injecting Botox.

We would recommend waiting at least 24 hours before returning to exercising. Also do not lay flat after getting botox for 4-6 hours, do not lay forward or in a dependent position (such as a getting a massage) or expose yourself to extreme heat or cold this can cause the Botox to move in unwanted areas or decrease the effectiveness. Do not massage the areas of Botox for 4-6 either.
