Question

I’m torn between getting 195cc or 225cc implants. For context, I’m 147 cm (4’10”), 38 kg (84 lbs), and I’m currently a 32AA with almost no breast volume. My goal is to have breasts that are full enough to create a beautiful cleavage, but still small, natural-looking, and proportional to my very petite, slim frame. I don’t want them to look obviously augmented or too large—I just want a soft, feminine result that suits my body. My surgeon recommends 225cc, but when I tried the implant sizers in a bra during my consultation, 225cc felt a little too big. At the same time, I’m wondering if that isn’t a fair representation of the final result, since the implants will be placed under the muscle, which I know can make them appear a bit smaller and more natural, especially at first. Based on my body type and goals, would you recommend 195cc or 225cc? Do you think the bra sizers are a reliable indication of the final result, or could 225cc actually look more proportional once it’s placed under the muscle?

With your body frame, one cup size would be equivalent of 130-140 ml based on some published data. Both implants would give you 1-1,5 cup sizes up. Moderate/moderate plus implant would be my suggestion regarding the shape. Good luck.

At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 200 cc implants would take you up 2 cup sizes. There is not a significant difference between 195 cc and 225 cc. 30 cc difference is less than a third of a cup size.

From your description and goal look I think either implant would give a nice, natural result.  The difference of 30cc is just over two tablespoons of volume.  The sizers in the office are helpful when selecting an implant, but they cannot exactly replicate a result.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon's office to further discuss your options.
