I'm a trans masc nonbinary person, and I'm hoping to go nipple-free when I get my top surgery. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to donate my nipples/areola to another person. I read that tissues grafts get rejected; does this count for nipples/areola too?

Your nipples are actually normal. Nipples, like breasts, come in all sizes and shapes. If you wish to have your trimmed vertically or horizontally, it can be done in a simple office procedure under local anesthesia. However, you do risk losing some sensation and ability to breast feed.
