Can you donate nipples/areola?

That type of transfer does not make any sense for multiple reasons. Transfer of tissue or organ from one person to another requires prolonged immune therapy which is not justified in this case. Also, free nipple/areola transfer generally creates by far lesser result than reconstruction with local tissue. Altogether answer is no. Hope this helps.

You are kind to consider doing this for there are many cancer patients that would love to receive yours. However, at the present time, your grafts would fail unless on an identical twin. Remember, almost everyone is born with nipples.
