Botched Mini Tummy Tuck –Can This Be Fixed Without Making It Worse? (Photos)

I had a mini tummy tuck with VASER liposuction, and was left with a botched result.I now have uneven, wrinkled, and tethered skin with some hard/lumpy areas in my mid-abdomen. I’ve consulted with a few surgeons and have received very different opinions, which is making me nervous about moving forward. One doctor suggested pulling the damaged skin downward, but I’m concerned I may not have enough loose skin for that to work and instead of the botched area being in the middle it would move to my lower abdomen. Another surgeon suggested cutting out the damaged area and pulling the skin upward, but was told this would leave a visible scar across my stomach. A third mentioned that fat grafting might be needed to improve the contour and said I don't have enough skin for a tummy tuck. My biggest fear is choosing the wrong approach and ending up worse than I already am. Can I get opinions on what you all believe is the safest and most effective way to correct this type of issue? How do you determine whether there is enough skin to safely revise without creating more tension or deformity? When is fat grafting appropriate in cases like this? Is it realistic to expect a significant improvement, or should I expect some degree of imperfection no matter what?
