Recovery and pain post surgery - is Vaser or Tumescent Liposuction an easier recovery?

I’m planning on removing fat from my back bra area, lower back or flanks, entire front abdomen, a bit on the inner thighs, and the area between the armpit and breast arms . My concern is the large area and how much pain I will be in post op. The surgeon offered Vaser, vs TL, because of my concerns of pain. 47 years, 135lbs, 5’3”, gym 5xs A week, healthy. which technique is best?
