Discomfort 26 years post gyno surgery. Male Axillary Fat/underarm or something else? (Photos)
Mid 40's male. I had gyno surgery 26 years ago. I has that surgery when I was 18 And I weighed 230lbs. I am 6'4" and have been over 300 lbs for the past 18 years the last 6 I have gone even higher and fluctuate 350-390. 3 years ago I started to have some discomfort on the outside of my left chest towards armpit and upper chest. 18 months ago I had a mammogram and an ultrasound of the chest and they said they didn't see anything. I have discomfort every day and have continued to steadily gain fat in the both armpits and lats. No discomfort on my right side but my left is very bothersome and more fat is on that side. It's pronounced. I am self conscious about the way it looks and the way it makes me feel. The pain/discomfort is concerning. I don't know if it's due to the extra weight and the pulling of the chest and lats. I Had lymphatic massage done a year and a half ago and I think that really messed me up as it seemed to accelerate the fat growth and fat distribution as she tried to push the lymph seeping in my chest and arm. I hope it's not lymphoma or sonetuing like that. I know I need to lose 125 pounds and I have the money to pay for a surgery once I lose weight. But it is uncomfortable and I am constantly massaging it/touching it. Fat has come back on the outside of the chest. Nothing in the middle of each breast and moderate amount near the nipples. It's all on the outside and under arm area going to the upper back. Any insight from doctors would be wonderful. Thanks.
