Second, there are cosmetic treatments that can fix asymmetry issues, especially if you feel that correcting them would give you more self-confidence. Botox to the masseter muscle can help soften its appearance and give you a narrower-looking jawline. Dermal fillers may also be used to enhance and sculpt your chin to make it more prominent. There are laser and energy devices as well that can help sculpt or contour your lower face. Your asymmetry is classic with one side longer than the other and one fuller. It is also the normal, as almost no one has a symmetric face. If this really bothers you, an experienced plastic surgeon who understands the anatomy and modalities available, with discussion with you to determine what really bothers you (since it cannot be absolutely corrected) can determine what can be done to reduce what you see as a problem. This is not for 90% of the injectors so be careful who you choose.
