Chalazion removal swelling for over a year - advice? (photos)

Hello I’ve had my chalazion removed around a year ago but one eye is still more inflamed than the other. I went to the doctor and they told me that the chalazion wasn’t removed and swelling will go down in a few months but now it has been a year.

There may still be a small chalazion left over or at least a partially clogged oil gland in that area. You should follow up with an oculoplastic surgeon who can take a close look at your eyelid margin in the office.
