Chalazion removal swelling for over a year - advice? (photos)

Hello I’ve had my chalazion removed around a year ago but one eye is still more inflamed than the other. I went to the doctor and they told me that the chalazion wasn’t removed and swelling will go down in a few months but now it has been a year.

Hi @moarsprinkles. I would not recommend a lower lid blepharoplasty for you. You would be a great candidate for tear trough filler, but due to your allergies I would also avoid tear trough filler. Another option would be nano fat grating to the tear troughs.

You do appear to have bulging eyes and should be a candidate for scarless orbital decompression but need more detailed evaluation and discussion to determine. See an expert.
