I find that once the desired effect from Sculptra has been reached, it stays like that for 2-4 years.  After this time, there is some gradual recession. 

Skin collagen produced from Sculptra can continue to grow for up to 12 months after injections. Your body is continuously aging and changing due to the effects of hereditary factors, diet, and life stresses. There is no definite amount of time that the volume will last. It varies from person to person, but is typically around 2 years.

Sculptra works to replace lost collagen in a series of treatments.  On average, three injection sessions are needed over a period of a few months. The number of injection sessions and the amount of material injected vary from person to person.  In a clinical study, the effects lasted for up to 2 years after the first treatment session in most patients.  Since the response to Sculptra is very individual and patients continue to age, it's very hard to calculate the exact percentage you're asking about.  Once the desired correction is achieved, I recommend a treatment once a year to maintain the result.

Our experience is that it will last for over a year at that level with a gradual decrease thereafter through the end of the second year. There may or may not be effects after the 2nd year.

Sculptra actually stimulates the body to make its own collagen over a few months and the effects are long lasting. Clinical studies show the effects of a series of sculptra injections to be long lasting. The longest study available terminated at 2 years which is why that number is used. In reality, it probably persists beyond 2 years. It is a wonderful filler choice in the right candidates.
