What are safe anti-aging treatments for those with Vitiligo? Are Microneedling RF or Clear and Brilliant options for me? (photo)

I am fair skinned with diagnosed Vitiglio (on face, around eyes mainly, and underarms). I am also in desperate need to treat aging, acne scarred skin. What is safe for me? I am looking into Clear and Brilliant, Vivace fractional microneedle RF and Profound. Can I do anything without the risk (probability) of worsening my Vitiligo?

Clear and Brilliant is an excellent laser system that I use frequently in my office. I would combine the laser with Melarase PM Arbutin to help reduce the risk of PIH and skin discoloration. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
