I got cheek implants 5 months ago. How can I remove a small pocket of fat from my left malar area? (photo)

While i enjoy how its has filled in my eye hollows it has pronounced how uneven my upper malar cheek fat is. The right side of my face, which was more hollow than my left is the desired shape I was looking for however my left side doesn't match. I've read that face liposuction in the malar area is very frowned upon but if it were used in such a small area on my left side would it still be? And if so, what are my other options? I just want even cheeks!
