I'm looking for a picosure treatment on Boston area to get ride of my freckles.

In addition, it is also very tolerable, with virtually no down time (most patients just have a "pinkish" color for few hours to 1 day). You can definitely find some really great before and after photos with a simple search.

However, you must understand that freckles are a little different than sun damage, age spots, or other kinds of skin pigmentation, because they represent your natural skin type. Therefore, you may never be completely rid of them, or they may continue to come back over time.
