Picosure Focus is an amazing laser and your results will depend on the experience of the provider using it. Freckles can easily and readily be removed with Picosure in as little as 1-2 treatments. If you look at the before and after picture for Picosure in my profile, my patient had Pico for her freckles and after 1st treatment her freckles have disappeared by more than 50%, after the second treatment , they were 100% gone. I have all kinds of lasers and PicoSure has become my all time favorite and all my patients love it too because I can deliver results and not promises. Trust and expert. Hope this helps, Best, Dr.Avaliani
Yes Picosure can take your Freckles away. It may take 3-8 treatments. We have had great success with it in our practice.
Yes, PicoSure focus works really well on freckles. The treatment can also help with acne scars and wrinkles at the same time. In addition, it is also very tolerable, with virtually no down time (most patients just have a "pinkish" color for few hours to 1 day). You can definitely find some really great before and after photos with a simple search.
Thank you for your question. PicoSure can definitely treat freckles. The PicoSure laser is FDA-approved and is gentle on your skin, with minimal discomfort or downtime after treatments. PicoSure works by sending ultra-short pulses of laser energy into the outer and inner skin layers. For more information please make sure you get a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.
Yes, PicoSure can certainly help treat your freckles, and will probably do so to greater effect, with less treatments, and possibly less expensively than the old IPL laser treatments. However, you must understand that freckles are a little different than sun damage, age spots, or other kinds of skin pigmentation, because they represent your natural skin type. Therefore, you may never be completely rid of them, or they may continue to come back over time.
The PicoSure with the Focus Optic is effective in treating freckles, dark spots and sun damage on the face. I particularly like the PicoSure Focus treatments for my patients who have a darker skin type or for whom IPL would not be appropriate. Depending on skin type, I typically choose between IPL treatments or PicoSure Focus treatments for this purpose. I would suggest scheduling an evaluation with a dermatologist who has both devices and can help match you with the right device for your skin type and cosmetic goals. Good luck!
Picosure is a great treatment that rejuvenates the skin and helps, with imperfections. We have many different devices available for freckles and this will be discussed during your consultation appointment and is based upon the physicians evaluation of your skin.
Thanks for you question. You have a lot of treatment options to reduce your freckles / hyperpigmentation. You will probably never be completely rid of them and they will probably always try to come back. If you are a skin type I-III, an series of IPL photofacials may be helpful. We have also been very successful using the PicoSure laser with the FOCUS and / or Flat Lenses eliminating hyperpigmentation with a series of treatments. This laser is safe for all skin types. Start with sunscreen every day! Once you have treated your freckles to your satisfaction, you will probably need a follow treatment every 6 to 12 months depending your level of re-pigmentation. Best of luck.
There are cases in which Q-switched lasers reach their maximal effectiveness in fading a tattoo which then can be improved with PicoSure laser technology. There can be the need for several treatments with the PicoSure laser and depending on some patients' tattoos, the size may make it prudent to...

Thanks for your question. Tattoo regret is very common. Almost every tattoo can be completely removed with enough time and treatments. The most important factor is patience. You have to give your body time to absorb the ink. For laser tattoo removal you have two routes.Nanosecond lasers...
