Is the Picosure laser effective on dark undereye circles?

Dark Cirlces of the lower eyelids may be related to pigment in the skin but also could be, and often is, related to the blood flow in the skin/muscle and the latter is not responsive to the picosure laser.

Thanks for your question, but I don't understand it.  The PicoSure laser has 2 different modes for either tattoo removal or facial rejuvenation.  I don't understand that you have "blue undereye circles".  If you use the wrong filler under eye, it will leave a blue hue.  I don't think tattoo removal will be effective on it.  There are a number of treatments we could offer for under eye dark circles.  If it is just under eye bags, it can often be resolved with properly placed filler.  You might also benefit from other laser and skin tightening treatments.  Please see an experienced physician that has several treatment options.  Best of luck.
