What the best way to improve the appearance of malar bag? (photos)

I have malar bag or cheek/eye are swelling. I wanted to know what the best way to improve the appearance of this is. I am young and have had this since about 25 I have tried one round of sculptra and didn't see any improvement and then I had the inner are next to it filled and it gave me a very puffy look with hallow eyes and hated it. My question is where should they be filling to disguise this? Is it better to go with laser type treatments? Should I try several rounds of sculptra?

Make sure that you are consulting with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. The use of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler skillfully and appropriately injected can camouflage the malar bag and create a more desirable, smoother transition between the upper cheek and the lower lid region. The result should elicit an immediate "Wow!" reaction
Expensive "bells and whistles" lasers are unlikely to yield gratifying results, and Sculptra, which requires repeated treatments to stimulate neocollagenesis, is also unlikely to ultimately prove gratifying, especially since immediate results are not possible with this injectable. Hi @Sabrina245. Malar bags can be difficult to treat. You can try a RF device like Morpheus 8.  In severe cases, surgery may be necessary to remove excess skin and tissue in the cheek area. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

Would not use Sculptra - wrong indication!
Try low dose KyBella to see if dissolve fat pad. Otherwise might offer minor lipo surgery. Best to virtual
