I am 22. I haven't had any eye procedures. I want my eyes to look less round and more attractive and less tired looking. Will i benefit from a lateral canthoplasty to reduce scleral show? Is my canthal tilt neutral or can it be more positive without looking severely overdone!!! (Ive seen some natural results and some too severely upturned ( changing eyes too much, which i dont like. I was wandering whether i could benefit from orbital decompression or filler or implant or whatever. Thnx
