Fixing uneven smile lines caused by uneven facial muscles? (Photo)

Is there anything that can be done to remedy an asymmetrical smile that is the result of uneven facial muscles/fat distribution? Would botox/fillers help to make the smile more even? I'm looking for 1. improvement in the creased corner of my mouth 2. improvement in the symmetry of the lines originating at the nose. I have attached four photos below, 2 from a heavier weight and 2 from when I weighed about 50lbs less to show how the uneven smile pull still shows regardless of fat distribution.

Hi, Congratulations on your weight loss! Certainly, it makes sense that losing weight would translate into loss of volume on your face. That being said, you are very young ( or at least look to be!) and using fillers to manage this problem doesn't make a lot of sense to me if you want to hold...

Yes, you can have fillers. Symmetry and volume of the face can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello, I think those vertical lines in your forehead would respond very nicely if treated with a hyaluronic acid filler.  In my opinion, one of the lighter, smoother fillers (such as Volbella or Vollure) would blend in the most seamlessly.  Definitely treatable! Best wishes, Dr. Ann
