Fixing uneven smile lines caused by uneven facial muscles? (Photo)

Question

Is there anything that can be done to remedy an asymmetrical smile that is the result of uneven facial muscles/fat distribution? Would botox/fillers help to make the smile more even? I'm looking for 1. improvement in the creased corner of my mouth 2. improvement in the symmetry of the lines originating at the nose. I have attached four photos below, 2 from a heavier weight and 2 from when I weighed about 50lbs less to show how the uneven smile pull still shows regardless of fat distribution.

What a great smile! But I can see how you might be worried about the asymmetry, as our brains like to see balance.
I definitely think that fillers could create more balance in the two sides. Botox, I think has too varied an outcome and may end up with a result you don't like and have to live with for several months while it wears off. Fillers can be molded and adjusted slowly to achieve the closest symmetry. 
Probably a combination of voluma and volbella would be my choice as you have some larger volume needs as well as finer details. 
I think it is definitely worth trying.

It's difficult to say for certain without an in person consultation but it looks like you would benefit from fillers. Fillers can be expertly injected to fix facial asymmetry and correct unevenness of facial lines such as smile lines. Please see an expert physician who specializes in medical aesthetics.

From your photos it would appear that botox and/or fillers may help to give you a more symmetric smile.  You would need to have a formal evaluation by an experienced practitioner who could best advise you.
