6 months post op & pubic swelling is not improving. The area seems to be getting firmer & the swelling increases to just above my BB as the day goes.Compression helps but as soon as i remove I feel the swelling start. I have been working out 3-4 days/week since 10 wks post op & started abs when my PS advised it was ok,about 3.5 months. Is the exercise effecting my swelling?I've read that PS in other countries advise against strenuous exercise for 1 year but that it's not normal practice in the US?
