Avoid any invasive procedure that can harm your skin while on Accutane. Electrolysis may be done by an experienced practitioner.  While on Accutane, we advise our patients to moisturize their skin with Elevase Moisture Booster with ceramides to improve skin barrier function.

I would wait 6 six months after you last dose of Accutane to have any elective procedure performed. Accutane can slow down the healing process and may increase the risk of scarring. I even advise patients if they can hold off on any surgery for at least 6 months after the procedure and if they need to have a procedure performed, I have them consult with the physician performing the surgery first.
