I am 19 years old. My genetics arent in my favor as both my parents who are well into their 50's still have chubby round cheeks. Others drs are usually against it cause your face will look gunt when you are in your 60's. What about people whos faces are naturally slim when they are young then? Others mentioned chin implant to make my jaw more prominent. Which is good advice, but doesn't tackle the fact when i smile my cheeks double in size. I am skinny, 5'6'' and 110 lbs so this is my slim face.
