I got Botox today and went shopping after. I was sure to not have any strenuous activity but I did slightly bend over once or twice to try on shoes. Is that something to worry about?

Answer: Bending over after Botox - not likely important Botox injectors for years have recommended not to bend over or lie down after injections. Much of this is likely not a real risk. The concern is that the botox could diffuse to some other muscle due to this which is highly unlikely. A bigger concern would be excessive rubbing or tight fitting clothing that could pressure directly on the area injected.
