Would a punch excision would make my scar look better than how it looks now? (Photos)

My scar is an atorphic scar that happened from a laser burn. It has been almost 3 years. I have done many rounds of microneedling. It has gotten better but still not as good as I want it. The shape is still too distinct and it still indented to the point where it’s very noticeable in some angles and lightings. I just want to know would a line scar from excision look better

I'm sorry that that you sustained a laser burn. I have been cautioning my followers for years about the risks of expensive light and energy based treatments and, additionally, that the hard science to support the use of these devices lags well behind the heavy marketing and social media hype to promote them. I am also not surprised by the limited value of microneedling in this case, since this treatment modality is best reserved for improving the superficial color and texture of the skin after appropriate scar treatments have been performed, rather than for actual scar treatment. Likewise, caution would be advised when considering a surgical excision, especially in an area, such as the glabellla, which is subject to a great deal of muscular movement, out of concern for the poterntial development of a spread scar and even stitch tracks. 
On the other hand, Subcision, which I have been performing for over thirty years, has a proven track record fro record for safety and efficacy in elevating and smoothing indented scars from all causes. 
You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist. Hope this helps and best of luck.
