TCA CROSS , which I have been performing for over 25 years works very well for closing dilated pores, ice pick scars and unwanted piercing holes. It would be my treatment of choice for the hole in the photo Punch excision or any excision requires cutting into the skin to cut out the hole and closing the resulting wound with stitches. In areas of tension, such as the forehead, there is a significant risk for the subsequent development of stretch scars and even stitch tracks. TCA CROSS, on the other hand, requires no cutting or stitch placement. Instead the TCA is placed down the shaft of the hole and promotes healing within the shaft thereby "pursestringing" the hole on the surface tight. There is typically little to no significant post-treatment downtime, unlike with surgery. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
