Would punch excision or TCA Cross be better for icepick pore on nose? (Photos)

The icepick hole pore is an active pore that still produces oil. It's bigger and deeper than my other pores. Would it be best to just cut it out and stitch it or should I try something else like TCA Cross?

Punch excision is, as its name clearly explains, a surgical excision, which, rather than performed with a scalpel, is done with a a cookie cutter-like instrument. However, it's an excision nonetheless, and cutting out something from an area under tension, such as the nose, risks the subsequent development of a stretch scar and even stitch tracks. TCA CROSS,  on the other hand, requires no stitches or cutting. The acid is place down the inside shaft of the pore causing the walls to close and hence "purse-stringing" closed the surface opening. No cutting, no stitches, and little to no significant post-treatment downtime. Most people return to work immediately following treatment.
I have been performing the CROSS technique for over a quarter of century with very gratifying results. Hope this helps and best of luck.
