Post acne scarring between my brows - Is excision the right option for me? (Photos)

Hello I have post acne scarring between my brows. I was wondering if excision/punch excision would be a good option for me. I already tried fractional co2 but understood it won't fix the structural problem. Perhaps very small cannula subcision as an alternative?

At least from the photos provided, ice pick scars predominate with the few remainder small boxcar scars. TCA CROSS, which I have been performing for the past twenty-five years has a proven track record for safety and efficacy for treating ice pick scars. 
Subcision, which I have been performing since 1995, likewise has a proven track record of safety and efficacy for elevating and smooth all kinds of indented scars, such as boxcar acne scars. Given the relatively small size of the few boxcar seen in the photos, a small needle approach would be most appropriate. 
I would not suggest punch excisions. Punch excisions are true excisions, the difference being that instead of a scalpel, a cookie cutter-like instrument is used. But it is nonetheless and excisional process. In areas subject to muscular movement and tension, such as yours, the resulting wounds could result in the development of unsightly stretch scars and even stitch tracks.
You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist scar treatment specialist and best of luck.
