I had a biopsy on my chest which left a smell, hypertrophic scar. My dermatologist recommended I see a specialist who has successfully lasered many scars for them in the past. I’m coming up on a year of treatments and feel like the scar is worse than when I started. My last session I skipped the co2 laser and did a steroid injection and pulse dye laser instead. It left me with this crater mark on my chest that is having trouble healing. Is this normal? Will the laser eventually work for me?
