How do I get rid of redness and raised acne scars? (Photo)

Question

I squeezed a pimple and ended up with a scar. Tried a steroid injection 10mg/ml but a very small amount and it didnt completely make it go away and kinda dried up the skin around it too. Do i do another injection, wait for the skin to clear it on its own or do i need to ipl to remove it. Its been about 4 months since the injury
