Cherry angioma - will the raised, hypertrophic scarring from laser treatment eventually go away? (Photos)

Hi I had a few not so big and not really too raised cherry angiomas on my body - they were more flat than raised - I had laser to remove them. I’m now worried about the scarring this will leave and if I should have just left them / they became inflamed and red and looked like mosquito bites - now they are scabing but look more raised hypertrophic and don’t look like they actually going and there is pigmentation- is this normal
