I have deep hypergimentatin on my Laughling lines that was caused by really bad dermatitis about ten years ago and I have been left with deep brown lines that are deep in the dermis. One clinic suggested dermarolling but I don’t know if it’s just a money grab. Will this suffice or should I get some kind of laser in this area? It’s not only hypergimentation but it’s even a bit of volume loss because I was scrubbing the dermatitis so much at the time thinking it was dry skin

Dear cauliflowers,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
