I have a sharp and small chin and very prominent cheeks. I wanted to have a chin implant to create a more v shape to my face and to soften the prominence of my cheeks. I've attached photos and marked it to show how I would want chin to sit post-implant. Is this the right option or should I get jaw surgery o an implant with a fat graft using the fat from my cheeks would also help slim the face into a v shape. Should I get an implant or genioplasty? No matter which I don't want to make my chin more pointy . Buccal fat remomal has been on my mind too. But I don't want it to look to gaunt would want.

Based on these, very limited photos, it appears that your small chin needs augmentation with implant. Implants come in variety of shapes and sizes and one experienced board certified plastic surgeon can help you to find option in that regard. I would suggest to do chin surgery first, evaluate result and proceed with other surgeries as needed. Good luck.
