I had to take a course of antibiotics nearly 9 months ago and they completely messed up my gut health and I have quite a bad case of gerd since, I have a case of low stomach acid not too much stomach acid though..I don't seem to absorb vitamins well because of it. My question is because I find there is potentially a ph imbalance in my body since the antibiotics & lack of good bacteria etc will it increase my chance of infection after getting breast implants or will I get more digestive issues?

Every woman has her own idea of what "natural" is, but 400 cc's is little past "natural" for your frame. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being examined and measured, and trying on the range of sizes, including the two you think you want, to actually see what you like.
You did not show photos, so I cannot say if you are bottoming out. Do wear a good support bra when you run. You should be able to feel your implants at the bottom. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being checked.
Choosing the correct size if based on the examination, measurements, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can actually see the size and feel the weight and see what you like. Every women has her idea of what size she is considering.
