As far as I can understand from your question
If you have facial asymmetry, one hundred percent equality is not possible, depending on the skin structure, it can sometimes take up to 2 years for the nose to completely take its shape and the edema to subside, it would be very correct to share your concerns with your surgeon first.

Thank you for your query. The asymmetry in your nostrils is relatively minor and complete “ correction ” can be difficult and may not be worth it. The “bump” at the tip could still be some swelling but you should have your surgeon examine your nose to make sure it is not something that needs a small correction. All the best!
