I have a bump at the tip of my nose where the cartilage ends. Can this be swelling still at 1.5 years post op? Additionally one nostril seems to be facing a bit sideways where one is nice and beautifully rounded. I have a feeling this is no longer swelling at 1.5 years post op. Thoughts? I still struggle to breathe through the nostril that looks a bit sideways as well.
