Thank you for your question! Morpheus8 provides both skin tightening and skin resurfacing improvements. The technology uses radiofrequency deep subdermal heating to effectively tighten skin and remodel the superficial texture, such as scarring and enlarged pores. Combining Morpheus8 with lasers can give both complexion and laxity improvements in one treatment, so it's an ideal add-on treatment for those who care about preventative sagging or scarring improvements. On top of this, you may be a candidate for fillers to address the loss of volume.Volume and contouring of the lower face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer
The Morpheus would definitely help your the wrinkles, but it would not increase volume. Judging from your photograph, you would certainly be helped with volume increase. I would suggest that you have the Morpheus and the Facetite for your neck, and fillers along the jawline, lateral chin, and midface. Fillers, preferably Sculptra, would be good for the concavity areas in front of your ears. You might also need fillers in the chin itself, but without a profile view, I'm no sure of this. The gold standard for someone your age is, of course, a face lift and you could increase the volume with fat grafts (transfer).Thank you for your question and photos, and good luck.
Hello. Thank you for your question. The morpheus which as you probably already know is radio frequency micro needling should help this area in regards to resurfacing and reducing some of the lines around your mouth. You would probably get an excellent result without surgery if you combined this with some filler. With that you would be attacking the problem from two sides, one--add volume, two--reduce skin envelope.Good luck.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...
This technology is new and the optimal settings are not known. With its 4mm needles, fat is at risk. I have seen doctors suggest deep settings and double pulses in seminars and that’s going to lead to more complications. Deeper and higher energies aren’t necessarily better. The best tre...
