Post op Vaser day 3 showered and more swollen

Question

I had Vaser Lipo on my inner thighs, flanks and upper back 3 days ago. I have just removed the garments to shower for the first time and when I have put the garments back on I am severely more swollen than I was before especially all my legs is this normal?

Hi, 
When you remove the pressure garments there will be a drop in the pressure and the tissue fluids accumulate between the tissues and the vessels become engorged with blood which further increase the edema of the affected areas. So it is normal to observe the lipo areas more swollen after you take off and put on the garments back.
Just beware of seroma which is the accumulation of tissue fluid beneath the skin. It takes 10-14 days for the lymphatics to complete their initial phase of healing and it first symptom is wiggling fluid sensation over areas of lipo.
