I’m 35 years old and recently noticed significant volume loss in my left palpebromalar groove. How can this be remedied? Is use of filler possible and if so which type of filler would be best?

This is definitely a situation where palapating the area is super important prior to injecting. If it is on the bone and not inside the orbital rim, you can have small amounts of filler placed there, either directly on the bone or with a threading motion. I would use Vollure as a first option, but Voluma would work as well. You should have great results!

I think that a soft filler would do well in this area. Would choose Restylane silk or belotero

What you have is due to the way your infraorbital ligaments attach to the orbital rim. It is very common and easily treated with a filler such as Juvederm Voluma by an expert who understands the anatomy of the area.
