Vertical crease in abdomen after lipo and Renuvion (Photo)

It would be helpful to know exactly what areas were targeted during your revision liposuction. Did your plastic surgeon do liposuction of your linea alba or midline? However, at this point, the compression garment, or faja, is making this condition WORSE. The faja is pushing your abdominal skin together and causing it to fold inwards. As you’ve experienced, the “reverse butterfly bandages” and the added foam will not work. Therefore, most plastic surgeons would suggest you stop wearing the faja and undergo aggressive lymphatic massage and scar massage. It is impossible to tell when or if this will resolve with time. However, the best thing to do right now is to discontinue the faja and sign up for cupping and lymphatic massage. If this does not correct to your satisfaction, you may need a surgical revision. Since liposuction is a specialized procedure, please seek an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon with significant experience in liposuction. Do your research. Look at their website. I would suggest several things
1- Post liposuction skin massage 2-3 times a week2- Kinesio taping from medial to lateral to make the crease open.3- Do not wear your corsets too tight, choose a size that is just right. Too much tightness is your enemy.4- Keep wearing your abdominal board
