Should I consider vaser liposuction for my saddle bags or outer thighs? (photos)

Hi, I’m planning to undergo 360 Vaser liposuction to enhance my body. I’m also considering additional liposuction around my thighs but I’m unsure whether I have saddlebags or if it’s my outer thighs that require treatment. Could you please provide some guidance? Thank you!

If you don't lipo on your outer thighs I would suggest adding Renuvion to help tighten the skin. Otherwise the skin laxity will probably be significant.

It's not entirely clear whether you have loose skin in your abdominal area. If there is significant loose or sagging skin in your lower abdomen, I would recommend a Lipoabdominoplasty. You have noticeable fat accumulation in the abdomen, waist, and back areas. After the fat is removed, skin laxity may increase, so I would suggest using Renuvion J-Plasma for skin tightening following Vaserlipo. Additionally, there is some fat accumulation in your hips, and Vaserlipo would be a suitable option for that area as well.

Both outer thighs and saddle bags can benefit from Vaser liposuction, although there are several distinctions to take into account: 
Bags for saddles
Vaser liposuction can enhance body sculpting and precisely remove fat deposits. The outer thighs

Based on your posted photos, it appears your BMI is over 30 so you definitely have more than a 4 L plus super and fat amount to be removed. I don’t think Liposuction is the correct treatment for you and I have a feeling Liposuction may leave you disappointed.
It’s important to have a clear understanding of what the underlying problem is when selecting a treatment.
I think laxity and pregnancy related muscle separation are the main issues facing your Aesthetic.
I don’t think your subcutaneous fat layer is all that thick.
If you pull your skin tight and gently press against your skin until you feel the underlying muscle wall, you May recognize that may not be as thick as you think.Skin laxity is the number one reason by patient’s failed to be good candidates for Liposuction.
A tummy tuck would be a better treatment option and to address skin lack city on the backside you may want to consider an extended tummy tuck.
In regards to your saddlebags I suggest you pull up on the skin above the area of concern to see how much skin laxity is contributing.
You should also ask yourself if this has been a problem most of your adult life.
If it got worse with age and pregnancies then it’s probably not related to fat distribution, which doesn’t change from pregnancies or with age 20 significant degree.
