Morpheus8 on darker skin w crepey arms? (Photo)

Question

I had a consult today and I was told that I need to be two tones lighter before they will consider me for Morpheus8. My genes are Southern Italian, I don’t sit in the sun but I do play golf and spend an hour , a few times a week in the pool. With sunscreen. Can you recommend something else? I had brachioplasty 30 yrs ago and suspect that the procedure has added to creepiness. I am now 70 and in good health. Thanks

An arm  tuck with the incision hidden in the arm  pits and done under local would give such great results and is easy to undergo.  The addition of bodytite RF and Morpheus at the same time really helps as well. Morpheus by itself won't do much.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Morpheus8 is safe to use for all skin types, however based on the degree of skin laxity shown in the photos you would have better results from surgical contouring.  Morpheus8 could be used in conjunction with surgery to optimize your results.
