Help with jawline definition and jowl removal. No chin implant/genioplasty suggestions please (Photo)

Question

Looking for defined jawline with no lower face bulk & jowls. Would a chin & neck liposuction with skin tightening (such as Morpheus) help me achieve a defined jawline? buccal fat removal? When I suck my cheek fat in...it defines my jaw & removes the jowl (pic attached). Ive had chin filler and it just elongated my face to look older but square jowls remained. Kybella did not work. Pls no suggesting chin implant or chin surgery - I'm not interested in this... looking for other procedures please?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You do not have jowls, however you have a prominent pre-Jowl sulcus due to the under development of your mandible, in addition to the recessive chin profile. Consider placement of a chin implant to correct both of these issues. Because of the recessive chin, you also have fat deposits in the neck located  above and below your platysma muscle. A neck lift can accomplish removal of both compartments of fat by liposuction the fat deposits above the muscle and surgical extraction of fat below the muscle is also includes a platysma plasty to significantly improve the jawline.  Both these procedures can be performed with a 1 inch incision underneath your chin. No skin removal is necessary. Minimally invasive treatments simply won't accomplish Your goals

I would definitely not do any kind of procedures involving radio frequencies, such as Morph 8. The easiest way to handle your case and give you more definition is with fillers that are long lasting. Fillers can also be used in improving your chin projection, but that is up to you. Your best option is to still be seen by a plastic surgeon in person, and deciding on the optimal procedure.
