I’ve had two consultations at two different places now, neither were the boards certified plastic surgeon, one was at a local med spa and one was at SkinMD. consultant recommended I get micro needling with radio frequency. I have read a lot of bad things about this procedure causing fat loss, the last thing I need in this area. I’m wondering if this is an appropriate treatment for my perioral mounds and loose skin elasticity in this area? If not, then what would be the recommended procedure?
