I of course would pay for the procedure. I am 50 pounds overweight with metabolic syndrome and diabetes. My BMI is only low as I am tall with "all" my weight in my abdomen/upper arms. I am looking to cure my diabetes and lose 50 - 60 pounds. Any advice?
