What is the minimum weight required for gastric sleeve surgery?

I am 72.4 kg. I should be between 50-54kg for my height of 162 cm and ovarian health. I have yo yo dieted and lost and gained lost and gained some more. It's beyond frustrating. I have PCOS and I want to have a baby. I'm tired of dieting and want to make a change that is more permanent. Are there any doctors who would agree for me to have a gastric sleeve or suitable alternative? I don't have an eating disorder and a psychological test will attest to that.

There are many surgeons who are willing to operate on patients who do not meet insurance guidelines.  My lower BMI limit is 30.  I would need to know your height to complete the complete the calculation.

Hello.Thanks for your time and question.Am sorry about all the health issues you're having right now. Your BMI is 28. meaning you do not qualify for gastric sleeve  at this momment what. I can recommend is you start  exercising, you can do weights, lots of cardio, diet and drink 8 glasses of water daily and you will notice the change.However I would recommend you to visit a certified bariatric surgeon to have a personal evaluation.ood luck in this journey, blessings.!
