I had a Halo laser and Fraxel under my eyes. I am exactly 3 weeks post procedure and my eyes are very red and now turning brown on the outer corners. I have been applying Aquaphor every night and a normal moisturizer during the day. I am very concerned and went back to the doctor yesterday. They instructed me to put hydra cortisone cream and to follow up next week. Is this normal protocol? My eyes are not healing correctly.
