I am due for my period. will the swelling and water retention effect the result of what my nose should look like aesthetically?

 No, it's perfectly acceptable to undergo rhinoplasty at anytime during your menstrual cycle. When patients have thick skin and the tip of the nose, they frequently require steroid shots in the tip to reduce the swelling/ Fluid retention in that area the first few months after the surgical procedure.
