Had a blepharoplasty 7 months ago - can the issues be fixed and how? (photos)

I had upper and lower bleph 7 months ago and have more asymmetry than pre-surgery, with a sagging left bottom lid (surgeon has said they will fix with a canthoplexy). My upper lids have so much tarsal platform show (i.e., gigantic unnatural lids that have wrinkles/rolls on them), hollowing of the upper sulcus and maybe A-frame deformity? Can anyone give me advice on what caused these issues, if they can be fixed and how? First surgery was done by an occuloplastic surgeon. So much regret.
