Age 30, female - what's wrong with my eyes? 1 protrudes more than the other

Hi, I'm a 30 year old female with large eyes. It looks like one of my eyes protrudes more than the other, and I'm wondering what the cause might be and how best to treat it. I also have bags under my eyes and my lower eye-lids look large and unattractive when I smile in certain lighting. What would you recommend? Am I being overly critical or are my eyes actually very bulgy?

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. There is nothing "wrong" with your eyes based on the photos I see here, but your concerns can definitely be addressed! Everyone's face is asymmetric, and this includes one eye appearing slightly larger than the other. This is universal among humans, and it's because our eye sockets are not exactly the same size. The reason you're noticing it now (and the bags under your eyes) is because we all lose fat volume in our faces with age, and we start to lose around our eyes often in our late 20s or 30s. You should be seen in person and evaluated for your concerns, but they can be addressed. Fat grafting around the eyes can help restore volume and soften their appearance, along with a blepharoplasty if you are a candidate for this (based on your photos you look like you would be a candidate for lower blepharoplasty).
